A bit about me!
Danni along with her many years of experience within the Design Industry, has also been a Tutor in Interior Design and has worked within local Collages to teach and train adults in the art of Interiors. She is a passionate teacher and loves to pass on her skills and knowledge to others. She has now developed her own ‘Online Courses’ for Danni Marie Academy, to become more accessible for anyone wherever your location, to understand the simple yet effective skills and techniques of Interior Design.
I have always been passionate about Interior Design from as far back as I can remember, I do recall going for tea around a friend’s house as a child of around five and admiring the décor! My passion for Interior Design has continued to grow organically over the years with designing and refurbishing many homes from small apartments to larger family homes. I believe everyone should be able to live somewhere beautiful whatever the budget. I have travelled to many places over the years, from some of the poorest destinations to some of the most affluent and have witnessed the pride people take in their homes whether it is a Mud Hut in Uganda or a Mansion in Florida. Your home is your home a place of refuge and safety a place to relax and be all that you are and have space to dream about all that you want to be.

Danni Marie Designs and Danni Marie Academy was established by Danni Lockwood. Danni Marie Designs was established in 2016 after many years of experience within the Property Development and Design Industry. We have worked on homes with all levels of development and design needs from full renovation & re-modelling to interior design re-fresh, along with our expert team of carpenters and various other trades people we are passionate about working with our clients to achieve their dream interior goals. We have also worked on various projects in properties staging & styling, from working with RaRa Designs in staging Properties in Kensington London for Photo Shoots, to Staging and Designing sets for Conferences. Whatever your design needs we are committed and passionate to deliver quality and professional standards working within any budget.

Services & Packages by Danni Marie Designs LTD

​Danni Marie Designs aims to achieve the requirements and expectations of every client, whilst meeting the specific project requirements, creating sophisticated and homely spaces. We aim to create not just beautiful, functional spaces but a place that feels like home. We believe anyone can have a beautiful home whatever the budget:
From a full house renovation to a simple room re-fresh we are passionate to meet the needs of our clients and count it a privilege to be invited into people’s homes to create some beautiful spaces.
STEP 1: CONSULTATION
Free consultation to meet and discuss your vision for your ultimate design. We will work together to clarify your priorities and hopes for the design and establish your budget for the project. This can at this stage be a virtual meeting via zoom or in person.
STEP 2: STYLE ANALYSIS AND SITE SURVEY
Sit with our experienced designers and work through your design style preferences. This includes discovering your favorite colour schemes, lighting, flooring, wall coverings and furniture etc.
STEP 3: PRELIMINARY DESIGN
This design stage will include the initial design package, which looks at the overall feel of the spaces through mood boards, fabric samples & floor plans.
STEP 4: FINAL DESIGN
The design is then finalised and detail is added. This can include lighting and electrical layouts, Interior finishes (paints/wallpapers), Colour Schemes.
Danni Marie Designs is excited to be able to offer a full service from conceptual design right through to the dressing & styling of a property!
STEP 5: IMPLEMENTATION OF DESIGN
The final stage is to implement the design and see the vision fulfilled!

Direct messaging with your designer throughout the project.
Shopping list of furniture & accessories for clients to purchase.
Client to liaise with tradesmen for works to be done.
1 week of post-design support.

In this space, a creative blend of lines and curves was layered into the existing structure and design, expertly showcasing the old while incorporating the new. The result is a place of balance and beauty, in harmony with its surroundings.
Living Room
This venue was completely reimagined to create a timeless space that builds appeal and interest through layered decor elements. The final result exceeded the clients’ expectations and has become a design focal point.
Master Bedroom
The owners of this space sought to retain the architecture but soften its formality. This was done through the clever use of stylish furnishings and the innovative use of form and color, which dramatically transformed the space.
